Gazprom Neftechim Salavat Equipment, 2014

Multimodal transportation of equipment with more than 100 units, total weight 2500 tons, moving via route S.Petersburg – Salavat. Sea, river and road transport was engaged during the transportation. Temporary customs control zone was opened. Maximum dimensions: diameter – 8,8 m, height – 4,7m, total weight – 275 tons. The realization of this project required bridge structure strengthening, lifting of the high voltage transmission lines, development of the RO-RO quay.

Omsk Oil Refinery, 2016

Transportation of equipment for Omsk Oil Refinery. Transportation consisted of delivery of the goods from the manufacturers to the loading berth in St. Petersburg and Volgograd and transportation from Omsk Ro-Ro berth to the storage area. That was an absolutely unique project: 24 units were rolled out from 12 barges during 17 days, in record time, due to the closing of navigation. The biggest measurements of the goods : length – 71,07m, width – 10,6m, height – 11,36 m, weight 636 t.

Sosnovy Bor NPP- 2 – Elektrosila – Sosnovy Bor NPP -2, 2014-2015

Road transport of a stator with the weight of 470 tons from Sosnovy Bor to St.Petersburg. Girder bridge with a loading capacity of 500 tons and flyover bridge were used for passing through the low load capacity bridges. The length of the road train was 110 meters, the weight was 900 tons. For the first time in our experience additional SPMT were used for the passing through the bridges.

Transformers, Esto –Sadok, 2014

Detail

Transportation of two transformers in the Esto-Sadok region. Transportation was fulfilled through serpentine in the mountains in nature protected areas. Environmental restrictions for road maintenance, a lift to the height of 1500 m, overcoming of a 26% slope in conditions of confined space make this transportation an absolutely unique project.

Reactor Ufa 2012

Detail

Transportation of hydrocracking reactor (34,9 x7,5x4,38 m with the weight of 380 tons) for Bashneft –Ufaneftekhim, the branch of OAO ANK Bashneft. The distance of the transportation was 15 km. (Self-propelled modules удалить) Scheuerle SMPT were used for transportation due to 18% slopes on the route and due to confined conditions for manoeuvring on the consignee’s territory.

Reactors for Syzran Oil Refinary 2013

Detail

Simultaneous transportation of two reactors with the length of 30,6 m, diameter 7,2 m, weight of 545 tons each for the Refinary within the city limits Syzran. The transportation included unloading from a barge by roll-on method and overcoming of 6% slope.

Izhorskiye Zavody – Ust Slavyanka 2012

Transportation of 6 reactors for the Tuapse Oil Refinery with the weight up to 1386 tons (maximum dimensions 41,81 m x 7,52 m x 6,58 m). The transportation route was from Izhorskiye Zavody up to the quay in Ust Slavyanka. The load was devided into two lots consisting of 3 loads in each. For the first time the Russian haulier delivered and unloaded on a barge such a heavy load within a time limit caused by the end of navigation. There were only 20 minutes to pass the main railway lines on the route St.Petersburg – Moscow.

Nyagan 2011

Participation in delivery of equipment for the Nyagan SDPP construction. The load was to arrive at the region by the Northern Sea Route. Unloading of heavy load units from the sea onto the truck was fulfilled by Ro-Ro method in hard climatic conditions. Construction of a quay and roads, connecting of a track with a quay and construction site, was required for transportation of the load from the Nyagan river up to Nyagan SDPP construction site.

Novokuybyshevsk Oil Refinery 2014

Simultaneous transportation of four reactors for Oil Refinery (two of them were moved from St. Petersburg and the other two were moved from Italy to Novokuybyshevsk). The dimensions of the reactors were 43,5 x5,5 m x5,5 m with the weight from 560 up to 720 tons. 100 axels of modular trailers, ballast tractors and SPMT were used. Network of street lights was dismantled and then reinstalled, maintenance of roads, construction of loading sites, modernization of railway crossings were required.

Cathedral bell, Nizhny Novgorod 2012

Taking part in transportation of the third largest cathedral bell in Russia from St.Petersburg to the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral of Nizhny Novgorod. The weight of the bell was 78 tons. The transportation was done by the river transport with the following use of the vehicle from the quay up to the cathedral.

Izhorskie Zavody – St.Petersburg Sea Port 2015

The historical overland transportation of the reactor vessel with the dimensions of 11,29m x 5,15m x 4,9 m, and the weight of 322,6 tons. The distance of the transportation was 144 km. The girder bridge with a capacity of 500 tons, and a flyover bridge with a length up to 26 m were used in the transportation for passing through the low load capacity artificial structures.

Hot Steel Ingot, 2013

Detail

The historical transport of a hot steel ingot with a temperature of +700°C and total weight of 530 t, including thermoshield and safety equipment/protective equipment). In order to prevent cooling of the ingot and damage of the load, the transportation of the load from the foundry to the forge shop of OMZ -Spetsstal had to be done in less than two hours.

Western High-Speed Diameter, 2015

Loading from slipways on vehicles and transportation of monolithic metal beams -spans of bridge structures, weight – 290 tons, length – 105 meters, the load had an irregular shape and shifted centre of gravity. The transportation was fulfilled in confined space, turning tables were used.

Verkhniy Tagil 2014

Transportation of a gas turbine, with the weight of 306, 68t, and a gas turbine generator, with the weight of 328,0t, the distance of transportation was 337 km on the route Verkhnechusovskiye Gorodki – Verkhny Tagil. More than 50 artificial structures and 14% slopes were overcome along the route. Girder bridge of a loading capacity 500 t was used for transportation.
